Hold the art
you helped publish.

A pledge is your commitment to buy one card if the artwork reaches its threshold. Nothing is printed—and you are not charged—until 10 collectors come together.

Follow curiosity, or join the moment.

However you find the work, the promise is the same: 10 pledges unlock printing, every collector receives a card, and the artist keeps ownership while earning 50% of card revenue.

Frequently asked questions

What is a collectible art card?+

A premium, numbered physical print on heavy museum-grade board. The front gives the artwork the full stage; the back records the artist, title, origin, edition, and permanent artwork page.

How does a pledge become a card?+

When an artwork reaches 10 pledges, the edition is unlocked. We collect the pledged payments, print one physical card for every collector, protect each card in a rigid sleeve, and ship it to them.

Do editions only come from weekly challenges?+

No. The weekly challenge gives everyone a shared theme to explore, but collectors can also discover and pledge to artwork elsewhere on Editions. Any eligible work can unlock a physical edition when it reaches 10 pledges.

How does the weekly challenge work?+

Each week brings a new theme. Artists submit their interpretations, and the community explores and supports the work it most wants to see published.

What happens below 10 pledges?+

Ten collectors unlock an edition. If a campaign falls short, pledges are not charged and no cards are printed.

How much does the artist earn?+

Exactly 50% of card revenue. From every $5 pledge, $2.50 goes directly to the artist. Shipping and tax are excluded from that split.

Is there a maximum edition size?+

No. The ordering window is time-limited, but every successfully ordered card is printed and individually numbered.

Does the artist keep ownership?+

Yes. The artist retains ownership of the artwork and grants only the specific rights needed to produce the card edition.

When will cards ship?+

Funded editions enter an early production batch and are expected to ship within 4–6 weeks. The first releases are small alpha editions designed to help us improve with artists and collectors.
